How much and when do I pay?
The rental fee is AUD 70 per week, equivalent to AUD 10 per day. You will pay in person when you pick up your ebike.
What is included in the rental package?
Each rental includes the following accessories: Helmet, Lights, Safety vest, Lock, Alarm system, Phone holder, D-lock, and Delivery bag
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A refundable deposit of AUD 200 is required at the start of the rental. The deposit will be returned within 7 business days after the bike is returned in proper condition.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
Our professional mechanics are available to provide free support. In most cases, issues are resolved within 24 hours to minimize disruption.
What is the rental period?
The minimum rental period is 3 weeks. There is no maximum rental duration—you may extend the rental as long as required.
Where is the pick-up location?
The collection location will be confirmed at the time of booking.
What documents are required?
To rent a bike, you must provide: A valid passport or Australian driver’s license, plus a Visa or police clearance.
How long does the battery last?
The battery typically lasts between 12 to 15 hours, depending on usage and riding conditions.
What is the maximum speed limit of electric bikes in Australia?
Under Australian regulations, the maximum assisted speed for electric bicycles is 25 km/h
What is the process for returning the bike?
1. Provide at least one week’s notice before the return date.
2. Return all accessories provided with the bike.
3. Ensure the battery is fully charged.
4. Ensure the bike is clean and in good condition.
